"Worst experience ever. Never again!"
Worst experience ever! I wanted milk for my baby and I paid for it online.
Then they said it’ll take 15 working days to be shipped!!! That’s absurd. And it would’ve been exactly the same price if I ordered it to be delivered via fedex priority service but I just thought that buying it through this website would be easier!
Never dealing with this website again.

"Faithful customer went to British Online Supermarket"
I really wanted to be faithful to you guys (and have been a customer since 2019), but considering how more expensive your tea prices are compared to other websites (e.g. British Online Supermarket) it's not very attempting to stay faithful. When you can actually save ca. £10 (ca. 125 NOK), it's a lot in these times.

Not only that, but seriously you guys need to improve your loyalty point system. When you buy something you get 1 point which equals £ 0.01. You need to use these points in 365 days (i.e. 1 year), however, you guys never notify your customers about when your points expire and how long time you have left. You realize not every customer lives in the UK and doesn't have the money to shop for items from you every day!

That was the case with me. I didn't get any notification that 63 points will expire on 8 Feb 2023, I lost a lot of points without knowing. I tried to mail you guys about refunding the points because I would make a big purchase, but as a response, I was told expired points are nonrefundable. Well, if you guys are not going to refund your customer's points, you can at least notify them about the expiration date!!!

I really don't care so much about 63 points, which is £ 0.63 (ca. 8 NOK), but it's about the principle. If you give good customer service to your customers, they will stay faithful even if there are cheaper prices from your competitors. And come on guys £ 0.63 is not that much too much. I think it's better to give the customers those points, even though the date is expired, and earn about £70 on the same customers, and you should think the same!!!

"Thought I'd give 'em a try"
My first order: I was looking for specific brands and items not available in my local store. Order placed on the 18th, delivered on the 20th. Well packed, no fuss. What's not to like? I will certainly order again.

"Fast processing and shipping"
Fast processing and shipping! My parcel arrived a week early! Everything was packed very carefully. I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with this site and I will definitely continue to use them in the future!

"Arrived perfect condition And super fast"
Arrived perfect condition , plenty of date on items. Fast delivery I ordered 14th December 22 and it arrived on Gold Coast Australia on the December 20 .

"Excellent service"
I've been ordering from Britsuperstore for several years now and the experience is always excellent. Dispatch is quick and delivery is as quick as it can be with Brexit adding on the Customs delay. (11 days from dispatch to delivery to NL including 4 days in Customs) Everything arrives well packaged, I've never had any damage or leakage and I also order drinks. Even the biscuits are in perfect shape. My only issue is sometimes the website is slow. not sure if it's because everyone is making Christmas orders or it could be the huge amount of items I have in my basket.

"No items delivered"
The order process was OK but when the item did not arrive and could not be tracked, almost three weeks after the order was placed then they blamed the shipper and left me hanging.
I would not recommend working with such an unprofessional company

"Superb service"
Superb service. Made a complicated order from several different shops. 7 days later it all arrived delivered to my door by La Poste. Yes there were customs duties to pay but we have Brexit to thank for that. Everything was beautifully packed and well sealed. Will definitely order again.

"Horribly experience. DO NOT BUY HERE!"
Horribly Company,
I ordered some tea end of September. After being held up over 10 days at customs I emailed them. They referred me to Dutch customs who do not have information about packages, only courier services do. When confronted they contacted their courier saying the package was sent back tot them. I then asked for a full refund which they did not give saying they had not received the package back yet! After confirmation by then selfs that It was sent back no less!
Another few weeks go by and they contact me saying they can resend for another 9 pounds shipping cost, or give me just a refund for the product not in full.
And that for a product of less then 30 pounds.
Ridiculous bad service!!
Do not bother purchasing through this webshop.

"Same experience as others shockingly bad delivery practices"
Same experience as others. Delivery held up for a month for no reason. When chased they didnt deliver the product, but a demand for more money and an insistence that I travel out to the delivery company's office to bring them the extra money.

Even if I agree to pay they wont deliver I have to go to collect. Dont want to rent a car to pick up something I've been charged 69 pounds for delivery!

And now they're being cagey on the refund. Saying they cant predict when it will be issued as it relies on the parcel being returned to them. Why is my refund delayed because of their terrible logistics which I have no control over?

They failed to deliver the product. They have confirmed they will never deliver the product. I should be issued an immediate refund

"Great service & delivery as usual"
Order sent out on 28th September and received here in Newfoundland Canada on 5th October. In perfect condition as always.
I am however getting quite annoyed on behalf of Britsuperstore for the negative attitudes being shown here. It states pretty much all over the website that you (the customer) are responsible for your countries customs & duties. It also states quite clearly that it is up to you (the customer) to check with your country to see what you are ordering is allowed in. If you continue to order stuff (seems baby milk is the biggest problem) then don't whine when it's refused entry. You cannot expect this company to be aware of every countries rules when you can't be bothered to look it up yourself.
Thank you Britsuperstore for making my Xmas great as you do every year.

"Additional charges from local courier"
Additional charges from local courier. So I paid £21.65 for delivery. 13 days later and much to my horror, our lovely local courier SDA (Italy) delivered my parcel which included missing documents,receipts and broken/damaged items, to also quote someone else’s review earlier:

Customs duty had to be paid to the delivery company for goods delivered to the EU
I would expect this to be done by Britsuperstore as part of the service. BREXIT is not a valid excuse, as companies delivering from other non-EU countries manage to do this.

Richard from Customer Service showed no empathy and the company continue to use Brexit as an excuse for charging £40 for delivery on a £42 order in total.. go figure!

"Excellent service and products"
This is not my first order from BritSuperstore, and as in previous times, it was to my full satisfaction.

The parcel was delivered within 17 days from dispatch, which is quite normal for parcels sent from the United Kingdom to Israel.

All of the items were carefully and securely wrapped in bubble wrap ( many layers ), and that is something I value greatly, especially when it comes to glass jars.

The box was quite thick and strong and inside of it there was another small box with tea.

All of the products have a long expiry date, and I already enjoy M&S Extra Strong Tea No.3 and M&S Earl Grey ( loose and tea bags ). There are some new British products I ordered such as Branston small chunk, Wilkin and Sons Hot Gooseberry Chutney, The Gentleman’s Relish, Cumberland Sauce and other sauces, condiments and spreads. I love them all!

I would like to recommend BritSuperstore as a reliable, professional British Company for best of British ( and not only ) food one can find on the Internet.

I will surely use their service again and recommend to everyone, who cannot live without his favourite British products.

"Fast delivery and good packaging!"
Ordered just over 3kgs of tea! The catering pack of Yorkshire Tea. I use alot of courier companies, this was for personal use and I used the most economic of the options. This was coming to SE ASIA and the customs are notorious for delaying. Its just arrived, it took 8 working days to get to me, it was tracked all the way. The outside packaging was still undamaged and the product was unopened. Even with the cost of shipping, the product is still cheaper for the equivalent of the same tea. It lasts exactly one year and I could not recommend more using this company. Thanks

"Made an order 1 week ago"
Made an order 1 week ago. Have’nt even got a email confirming my order. Tryed to contact them twice With no answer. At this point i don’t know if i’ve been scammed or if their customer support are all on vacation😂

Uppdate: My product has bos arrived, not happy with the customer support at all but at the end om the day i got what i ordered.
