I like shopping here overall, but I’ve noticed some of my usual brands haven’t been available lately. Maybe I’m just checking at the wrong times or missing them somehow, but it does feel like the selection isn’t quite what it used to be.

Checkout on britsuperstore.com was easy. I could use my usual payment method, and it went through without any hassle. Ordering from abroad felt a bit simpler. I’d use it again.

I ordered a few snacks and bakery bits from britsuperstore.com, i was really happy with everything. It all arrived tasting SO fresh, and the dates were actually decent too, nothing looked like it was anywhere near going off. The packing was fine, everything survived the trip, and it tasted just like I’d hoped. I’d definitely order again...

Just a heads-up for anyone ordering: this time the box was padded really well and everything showed up fine with no damage. I’d still recommend checking the package carefully when it arrives, but mine was okay this round...

The site was easy to get around, honestly. Search worked fine for me, and the categories were laid out in a way that made sense. A couple pages took a little longer to load than I’d like, but nothing too annoying. Overall, I was able to find what I needed without having to dig around too much...

I got this a few days ago, and at first glance it really does look authentic. I’ve been checking it over since it arrived, and nothing obvious stands out as fake, but I’m still not 100% sure yet. So far, though, it seems legit enough.

The annoying part was the substitutions. A couple of things got swapped and I didn’t really notice until the box arrived. One of them definitely wasn’t something I would’ve chosen myself. I also tried getting some help about it and ended up being transferred around, which just made the whole thing more irritating than it needed to be.
It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, I just wish they’d checked first or made the swaps clearer before sending the order out. I’d probably order again, but I’d be a bit more careful next time.

I ordered a few things from britsuperstore.com and only found out afterwards that some of them weren’t even in stock. The email they sent was vague, and it came after they’d already taken payment, which didn’t exactly fill me with confidence. It had that polished “sorry for any inconvenience” kind of wording, but not much actual information. I ended up getting part of the order, but I was left hanging for a while not knowing what was happening with the rest. They really need to be clearer and quicker with updates.

The refund process took FOREVER. I kept waiting for some kind of clear update, but I still didn’t really get one from them. Super frustrating.

Like I said, this shop has always been reliable for me. I’ve ordered a few times and everything shows up when expected, no problems at all. Like I said, it’s just been an easy, trustworthy experience.

To be fair, I wasn’t sure what to expect with an overseas delivery, but it arrived just fine. No issues on my end, so I’m happy with the experience.

In the end, I’d say britsuperstore is fine if you really need specific UK items, but I wouldn’t expect huge savings. I used them for a few promo offers, and while some prices were decent, a couple of the deals didn’t feel that special once shipping was added. Not a bad experience, just more “okay” than amazing

One thing was missing from my order, which was a bit annoying at first, but their support got back to me really quickly. They sent the missing item out without making it a big deal, so yeah, frustrating start but happy with how they handled it.

My order showed up fine and the packaging was okay, but I’m annoyed about the best-before dates on a few of the items. They weren’t expired, but they were way sooner than I expected, which feels like something that should’ve been made obvious before I bought them. Now I’m stuck trying to use everything quickly, and that’s on them for not being clearer. I might order again, but only if they actually show the dates properly upfront.
